the new stance
I finished lowering my truck today. I put 3 inch drop springs in the front and 5 inch drop springs in the back. When i got the wheels on and it on the ground the front seemed to be higher then the back. When looking at 3/5 drops on the site they looked good with the front normally lower than the back. What is my problem? What do i need to do?

Re: the new stance
Make sure the springs have seated. Usually you will hear a bang to let you know.

We are all picture junkies here and it makes it alot easier to understand the results with a Kodak moment.

Re: the new stance
I have seen several vehicles with lowering springs start off at one height and settle an inch or so lower after a week or so. Also, as stated, they can seat sometimes and lower.

Re: the new stance
Almost all springs settle in time. Even with new vehicles. Dodge had a problem with there 05' Dakotas. When people bought them they were just about the same height as a Ram 1500(ground clearance wize). But after about a year customers noticed they sat about 2-3 inches lower. So its not uncommon. Give it a couple months and you should notice a difference.

Re: the new stance
I personally kinda like the "Bull Dog" stance having the front a bit higher than the back.
lifted and lowered alike. but its pretty nasty to watch a nova with its snout on the ground slam the gas and look up at the sky. JMO Glad you got your problem fixed.
