rear leaf springs

Has anyone ever coverted a coil rear truck to leafs? I have a '65 C10 and a parts '73 C20. I want to rob the front discs and rear axle from the '73 to put under the '65. I'm building the '65 to pull my car trailer and want to get away from the coils, that's also why I got a 3/4 ton parts truck. What do you fella's think?

Thanks,
Keith
