Got new seatbelts on ebay!!!! Now i got ????

I won a set of 3point seat belts on ebay last night. So now I have a few questions.
1. What size bolt (length/width, corse/fine thread) do i need for the top mounting hole in the truck? THe on with a little plastic cap on it now.
2. Will I need to drill any holes? I looks like the bottom part of the seat belts can bolt right into where the old one is.
3. The ones o got are grey. My interior is black. How hard is it to dye the belts black?

Thanks

I bought a set just like those off of Ebay. Probabley got them from the same guy. Mine are black instead of gray. I have not installed mine yet, going to move the gas tank first, while I got the seats out then I will install them.

use grade 8 7/16" SAE fine thread 1"long bolt.

I also used 3 large washers. 2 between cab & belt, 1 between bolt & belt.

They are the same set that I bought. I used 1 1/2-7/16 fine thread with some washers. I had to bend the mount to get them to fit were I wanted them. I also found that the center belts were not long enough to go through the seat. I added a piece of chain between the floor and the belt. I had them installed in about an hour. Good Luck!!

Theres a few different people who sell seat belts on ebay. Just do a search for seat belts and you will find a ton. The guy I bought them from only has one set left and its for bucket seats. Let me know if you want more info on this guy.

I got the same ones about two months ago on ebay. I had to move my lower anchor bolts toward the front a couple of inches to clear my gas tank.Other than that they fit great. Also make sure they are level or they wont retract well

Me too

I have worked with a few sets of those, also. I did not like that funky cover piece at the top mounting point, so I went to the wrecking yard an found some nice, more normal looking, mounts from other vehicles. I also use "L" shaped brackets at the bottom to mount to the floor. It seems easier to get them close to the seat & straight up & down.
