WIW- 68 LWB "Custom"
My truck is up over on the Trucks for Sale Forum but I wanted to get some feedback on my asking price. I'll cut and paste the specs on the truck and if you all could give me your opinion on an asking price, it'd be much appreciated...
It’s a “Custom” optioned truck with factory air, power steering and power brakes. I’ve put a lot of work into it and it basically drives like a new truck. All the “Good” stuff listed below was done over the past 3 years either by myself or a reputable shop. Here's the good: Rebuilt 350 in 2006 (about 10K miles since rebuild) -3970010 Block -Rebuilt LTI Heads w/ hardened seats -Sealed Power Pistons and Rings -Mild Lunati Voodoo Cam -HEI Ignition -Edelbrock Performer RPM Intake -Edelbrock 1406 Carb -2.5” Dual Exhaust w/ cross pipe -Flowmaster Mufflers Installed a rebuilt 700R4 Transmission in 2008 Front Disc Brake Conversion (1.25” Rotor off of a 73-87) in 2007 -5 Lug Conversion -New Rear Drum Brakes -2/4 Drop (ECE 2.5” Drop Spindles up front and 4” ECE Drop Springs out back) -ECE Rear Shock Relocator Kit -ECE Panhard Bar -4 new KYB GR2 Shocks -Front end (ball joints, tie rods, etc.) rebuilt with NAPA parts -Redone 15x8 wheels off of a 92 GMC -Brand new BF Goodrich Radial T/A’s all around Interior updated in 2005 -Late model bench seat w/ newer cover -New carpet -New window regulators -New weatherstripping -New door locks Now here's the bad.... No radio HVAC control unit needs to be fixed Needs new rocker panels (cab corners look pretty good though) Needs some mild bodywork in other places Needs to be painted |

Well I'm sure you have more in it than what it is worth....like most of us....But I think you will find a buyer somewhere in the $4,500 range!
