Thrush Exhaust?
Has anyone tried to exhaust kit from thrush? I need exhuast for my truck, and this kit is much much cheaper, and imput would be great. And does anyone know what their turbo mufflers sound like, I have bluestreak glasspacks on it now and really like the sound.

Re: Thrush Exhaust?
They use to have a Hush Thrush that sounded cool. I also use to use the regular Thrush on some old rods I had back in the 70/80s.
I didn't know they still even made them. I never kept a car to long enough to see how they would last. They were cheap, and I was poor(still am) that's why I bought them. They worked for me. |

Re: Thrush Exhaust?
I have the red thrush glasspacks on my 455 64 C10. They sound pretty nice, not ignorant loud. The red paint doesn't last though...

Re: Thrush Exhaust?
Joey, is that the kit from thrush? and does the exhaust exit straight back, or can you modify it to exit right behind the wheels? I'm just curious becuse I have never bought and exhaust kit before.

Re: Thrush Exhaust?
No kit.
I used 2 1/2" EMT conduit.
