LockDoc needs help
he is in the Dallas area and is having problems with the X-case on his 99 blazer. he has limited tools with and may be looking to swap it out. I found a good sounding replacement on car-part.com for him but he needs tools and/or extra hands.
he can be reached on his cell at 641-990-9957 if anyone can help it would mean a lot to me. thanks, Todd BTW, the case is a NP243 (RPO code NP1) |

Re: LockDoc needs help
Is it the actual transfer case?
GM had a problem with the push button dash switches going out (only about $30) and there's a switch on the transfer case that typically goes out. I believe that one is a little $$. I've read of rare cases on GM-trucks.com where the switch went out in the T-case and the truck decided it wanted to go into 4wd and stay there. Or did the whole thing just blow all to hell? Hope everything works out for him
