1969 big block fuel line size

I recently installed a 468 big block in my 69 c-20, and my question is is there a dirrerence in the size of big block fuel line from the tank to the pump vs a small block? I saw an ad that says 3/8 was the size for factory big block but I can't back it up. I also installed a new rearend from a 1986 3/4 ton truck that has a 3:23 gear. This is a 14 bolt but not the heavy duty (dana 70) type-anyone run this rearend with any problems? Thanks Steve
