Put Rear Disc kit on today.

I got a kit from Blackbirds Custom, kit was very easy to put on and looks good too. I pulled the rear end to paint it and weld up some things on it.. Here are some pics.

Re: Put Rear Disc kit on today.

How much does that kit add to the total rear end width, end-to-end?

Excellent question, also, are the studs longer to make up for rotor thickness?

Re: Put Rear Disc kit on today.

It dose not add anything to the total rear end width. This kit with out the e-brake was $400 shipped..

Ken, I did a lot of thinking about the e-brake but I never used mine, pluse with all the air out the cross member is my parking brake.

Thanks,
Trav

It was a bolt on, no mods to put it on. And I know Ken will like that parking brake thing..

HAVA79, happy that you like it and yes looks are part of mine too..

what did you have to do with the stock brake lines to get them to work.

You just use the stock lines and evrything works with out changing anything, just bend them a little and that's it..

Just bend them so the lines are not in the way of the wheel or tire, just keep them close and out of the way..
