3M body schutz
any use this or heard of it? I happened to see it on Powerblock this weekend and it looked like a nice product. They also have "Rocker schutz" & "Rust Fighter" . Im just looking for some feedback, whether its good or bad.

Re: 3M body schutz
I have used this product to replicate the heavy and rediculously thick rocker guard that is common on alot of european cars like porsche, mercedes, ect. It is a water based product if I remember correctly. Easy cleanup. Quick drying. Great for sound deadening and filling areas where you would normally just use a standard undercoat. Applied with a special applicator gun like this:

Re: 3M body schutz
how well would that work for a bedliner use? that stuff seems pretty cheap from what ive seen.. 15-20bucks a quart, only thing that is pricing to me is the gun but i figure i could use that on several projects anyways. looks like it would work great for bedliners but not sure..

Re: 3M body schutz
I used Rocker Schutz inside a truck bed. It looked good, but I had adhesion issues after a year or so. I don't know if it was the product's fault or my improper prep though.
The Body Shutz undercoating is great though.

I use it in the fender wells and then paint them satin black. It makes for cleaning the fender wells easy.
