Turbo 350 kickdown cable adjustment....can't find the link
Anybody save the post that had the proper procedure to adjust Turbo 350 kickdown cable?

I don't have the link but I know the answer. Where the cable comes thru the bracket there are little clips on the backside of the bracket. Pop these loose with a screwdriver,then the cable will be loose in the braket. Push the gas pedal all the way to the floor,and take your finger and pop the clips back in where they were. You are all done.

Thanks, Tom, but it's an aftermarket bracket - no clips, just have the ability to loosen screws on the bracket and slide the part holding the cable backward or forward.

Is it an aftermarket cable? The clips I speak of are part of the cable.
