More compatability questions - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I'm on the hunt for exterior parts for my '64 GMC. I know a guy that is selling a 66 chevy hood, straight with little rust, AND he has a 1960 K10 truck that has a decent hood, and grille/grille support. Will the 1960 Chevy stuff bolt onto my 1964 GMC? The hoods are both workable, and I should be able to haggle him down to $50. I'd just like to know if the 1960 front clip stuff will work too.

I would say yes.....although it will give you a completely different look.

You may have some bolt hole alignment problems.
