How much this truck worth?

I found a 77 1/2 TON 4X4 with a stock 350with 107,000 miles its been parked for 2 years with out runing... The cab is in ok shape needs new rockers the dash has cracks in it. the bad is the bed is to rusted out to save same for the dog house...

Im thinking about buying it to use the cab for my 74 chevy and may be part the axels and tranny out. The guy said he would let it go for 300.00 is that to much ?

I can't say for that area, trucks are dirt cheap here if you know where to look
but that sounds like a good deal if it's complete.
It might be more profitable to get it running and sell it, then just buy a cab
with some cash left.
