Drop Spindle
Im in the market for some drop spindles and would like some input from everyone out there on what has been tried, what has worked, what hasn't, what troubles have you had with wheel and tire combos, and maybe some prices if possible. I have a 70 lwb and swapping in disc brakes from a 76 truck so Drop spindles for a 76 control arms is the info I am after.

Re: Drop Spindle
What size wheel do you plan to run? How low do you plan to go? I always suggest the DJM or Western Chassis 3" spindles as they are the most affordable. If your planning on running a wide 15" wheel then you will want to consider a 2.5" spindle or a narrow 15" wheel.

Re: Drop Spindle
currently for wheels and tires I have 15" steels that I don't think are wider than 8" with a 235/75 tire. I would like to stay with the steels but go with a tire that has less of an over all diameter. the suspension will be 76 control arms with the lower arm cupped so I can fit my bag inside and also the spring pocket will be platted for the bag to bolt to. Any more info that I missed that may be needed please ask. Thanks
