rearend

is a 86 1/2 ton rearend the same width as a 72 i know i have to put the saddles for my coil susp.

I can measure mine tonight and tell you if you need. I got an 86 10 bolt in the Garage. At least then you can measure the 72 and make your decision. PM me and let me know if you want me to measure it.

I have an 86 C10 10 bolt 5 lug under my 53 without cutting anything.. I am about to pull it out and replace it with a ford 8.8 and disk brakes...

I have a 72 with the box off so it would be easy for me to measure. tell me exactly what measurments you need and I will go see.

Should be the same. I used 73-87 12-bolt axles in my late '70 housing to convert to 5-lug. Same width as 71-72...
