The Truck Gods Smiled on Me.
At last, I get to be the one with the serious SCORE story.
Last night, I went to a guy's shop to pick up some gauges, Auto Meter Phantom tach, speedo, volts, water temp, oil pressure and fuel level all mounted in a '69 bezel. Brand new, never installed with fittings, connectors and sensors...........$250, see pic That was a great deal but on top of that, he had a beat up '69 LWB that was headed to the crusher. The guy told me to look it over for any parts I could use and the only lower body mouldings worth saving happened to be the ones I'm missing on my truck. Also the belt moulding on the cab was in perfect shape. The guy helped me take them off and gave them to me for FREE!! Dayum, what an overall score! (Lucky) CrashBob

It's always good to find a score like that.

Re: The Truck Gods Smiled on Me.
The strange thing is he had them on craigslist for quite awhile and I was the only one who made a serious offer.
Gotta love them Truck Gods! CrashBob
