Recommendation for Posi unit?
What kind of type of Posi unit are you guys using and what do you like or not like about them? I will be purchasing a limited slip differential unit for my stock 12 bolt truck rearend, while it is apart getting powdercoated. Anyone have a used unit that they want to sell? I want to keep my 3.07 gear. What's the spline count on the axle?

Re: Recommendation for Posi unit?
Same here, running an 30 spline Eaton posi w/ moser axles and I haven't had one single issue. Got mine from rearendparts.com, $363.00. Cheapest I could find.

Re: Recommendation for Posi unit?
I haven't used one in my current '69 (yet), but I have used PowerTrax Lock-Right lockers in several other cars/truck I've owned with great results. They are a tad noisy making slow tight turns, but otherwise a great product for $300 and you don't even have to mess with the ring & pinion settings.

Re: Recommendation for Posi unit?
Kewl, thanks guys!! I only have a 355ci sbc with a 200 4r trans. and 3.07 gear, so I don't need a rockcrusher unit.
