picture of inside the door

okay my door handle broke on the outside the button fell inside the door and i can;t figure out wha ti am missing also the out lock cylider doesn't lock the door and i am trying to figure it out

what I have done to fix my door handel is I drilled two small holes right by the foled tabs that held the buttons back plate in position. I then slid some small finishing nails trough the hole to keep the plate and button in place. It has worked great so far I used this idea because my door handels mounting bolts are at a slight angle so when using a differant year truck handel it will not site right on the door. It's also easy and cheep $$.
