7 inch rear drop pics???

i know its been asked but after a quick search i cant find what i want..

i have a 68 a c10 that has heated coils in the back that the PO did..

i dont know how much he lowered it, but i want to buy new springs for the rear.

i now have a 2" block in the back with the heated springs but it still sits too high for me..

so i need pics of a 6 or 7 inch drop in the rear so i have an idea of what spring to buy.

axle to frame clearance pics would be helpful too

Re: 7 inch rear drop pics???

gonna be pretty tough to get a full 7" out of a static drop ... not impossible, but tough.

Re: 7 inch rear drop pics???

check my thread out. I detail my static drop on page 2. Shane is right, anything past 6 is difficult, but with the right combo, it's do-able......

I am down 8.5 in the back with ample room between the axle and the top of my C notch. and the whole setup rides quite well without rub....... no b.s.!!
