Goodies showed up today.

Big brown showed up with 4 boxes of parts from Scott’s. Complete Super Slam kit. Now I need the rear 4 link to show up so I can get started.

Right now I'm working on getting a roller. Front will be the above IFS from Scott's Hotrods. It's their superslam kit. The rear is going to be a superlift triangulated 4link for suicidedoors. As for valves and the other stuff, no clue yet. For now just basic to get it rolling.

Re: Goodies showed up today.

Nice choice on the air ride system. I p/u a system on Kijiji but later changed my mind on the system.
Decided to go all new and a complete system w/suspension.
my old air ride is on ebay right now.
Too bad I could have helped you with the Air manifold, regulators and air lines.

Re: Goodies showed up today.

sweet, i know your excitement exactly.

hopefully you told them you want it setup for max travel, otherwise you don't get too much. I think I have right at 9", but I need more, supposedly its just switch out upper ball joints and I get more lift. we'll see.

if you need valves and air management stuff holler at me and I'll see what I can do.

I told Justin what I was wanting. Around a 5" rocker ride height. So hope that was noted. He said that this setup they get 10-11" travel. This setup is a little different than the AD trucks. Mine goes to the inside of the frame. He said that I'll need to z it a little.

I'll PM you.

On your ifs as I was saying we have a different ball joint that will give you
more travel. If you want I will send you 4 ball joints to you and you can
press them in and then you can see how they work.If you are happy with
them call me and then you can take care of it with us.

Jared,
On your ifs as you are saying the crossmember does go to the inside of your
frame. This is done so we can get a longer a-arm and more travel and your
set-up is getting over 10 inches of travel.

On cajuns truck his crossmember goes to the outside of the frame. The
reason for this is to keep the lower pivots in line with the pivots on the
rack.On his truck his inside to inside is narrower than your inside to inside
of the frame. This is the reason why they are differnt and your ifs it has
the newer ball joint that does get more travel. At the time cajun made his order with us we did not have the newer balljoint.Hopefully both of you guys
understand this and this helps you guys out.

Re: Goodies showed up today.

That's cool Justin. I was just stating that they were a little different setups and glad to know on the ball joints.
