5-lug conv. from LWB 396HD to '68 swb

I found a 5 lug '70 truck with heavy duty suspernsion that had a 396/TH400 in it originally. Is there anything that would prevent the rear end and front hubs from swapping on to my 68 to replace the 6 lug setup?

Check the width of the rear axle. I believe that it changed in 70.

Even if it changed, will that be something that would keep me from successfully swapping it in to my '68 to use? I would use different wheels with different backspacing then anyways. Also wanted to swipe the front disc brakes/brake booster from that truck.
