looking for your opinions on these wheels, Please?

I have a stock hieght 79 C10, I really like the higher aggressive look, but I want to know if you like the look? See pictures below, I have 6 lug adapters installed that are 2 inches thick. The pictures are comparing stock 2008 silverado 18" wheels and 265/65 tires with Chrome 20x10 rims and 305/50 tires. Thank you, all thoughts welcome, good and bad!

Just my opinion. I like the stock 08 rims. They flow well with the truck. They give the truck a clean custom touch. Plus they have bowtie centers. The chrome rims are way to busy looking. To much chrome. I like the size of tires, but not the off set of rim. My pick would be the 08's.

Thank you for the replies, Much Appreciated!

What do you think of these 15's? 275/60 on 15x10 in the rear and 215/70 on 15x8 up front

I'd stick with the late model silverado wheels. the 20's do not fit the truck at all, and the 15's would require a hefty drop to look right.

Those 08 wheels look sweet. The adapters space them out perfectly.

I have to agree with the majority here. The 08's look simple but sporty and don't scream "look at me'.

The 20's are rather busy and seem like they need more tire to tone down the amount of chrome.

The 15's don't do anything at all for me.

The masses have spoken and I am with them all...which is not always the case. But that wheel is nice, clean, slightly custom. And as said, it doesn't remind me of the pink elephant dancing around saying "Look at me!"

I agree. The truck might work with 20's but not those particular ones. . . .

Re: looking for your opinions on these wheels, Please?

I'd say 15s if you had about 5" drop, but the 18's look good, but they would look better in my opinion with a shorter tire and a little drop

Re: looking for your opinions on these wheels, Please?

A little less tire on the silverado wheels and little more drop would be PERFECT!

Re: looking for your opinions on these wheels, Please?

Thanks guys but being a girls truck I like the chrome, but without the silly chrome rings, I took those off. If I get to feeling more conservative I will pull the 08 wheels out on put them on but for now, bling, bling.... :0)

Next is installing a Holley...

Re: looking for your opinions on these wheels, Please?

It's hard to see because of the angle but taking the rings off looks much better.
I think if your going that route then you need just a bit more lift.
