67 will have the small ignition hole and small lighter also i believe. Also, a small back window is a 67 giveaway.

to tell a 67/68 cab from the rest, look for the parking brake handle, or where it goes. in 69 the parking brake was replaced with a foot controlled unit instead of the hand brake
