Front sway bar for rear?
Will a front sway bar fit on the rear? What would need to be done to make it fit?

No it won't fit. It can be made to fit with the proper tools....

Now this may be useless... but I've seen in the you-pull-its, a rear sway bar (on I believe old fords) that clamp to the axle tube and the ends that mount to the frame by simply drilling a hole. Just a thought.
There's always the stock rear sway sometimes found on duallys. One way to fool a vehicle with poor suspension geometry to handle more like a sports car is to stiffen the suspension. Try 3/4 ton springs. Good shocks would help sway too.

I posted a while back that I came across a truck that had a sway bar from a mid 70's camaro on the rear of the truck . It was a front sway bar from the Camaro .He did some fabbing of the mounts like muffler clamps holding the factory frame mounts at the axle and he used the sway bar links from the Camaro's sway bar to control arms to mount to the frame . It actually looked factory . He mounted his where the dip in the bar went right over the pinion and it didnt hang below the rear axle . Looked factory .
