Cab swap advice needed.

I am in need of some help making a decision on a cab swap for my 63. The 63 cab is rotted from under the brake pedal out to the rockers, and almost as bad on the passenger side. Both cab corners are rotted out, as are the outer floor areas from the seat mounts to the rockers. Plus the dash is all hacked up for an aftermarket radio. I have a near perfect 62 cab, needs outer rockers, drivers floorboard/kickpanel and a small patch on the pass. floor. It also needs a little body work in a couple places but no big deal and less than the 63 cab needs. Great condition as far as I am concerned, even has the factory key in the ignition.

Until I realized how bad the rust was on the 63, I just intended to swap the dash from the 62 and possibly cut out some patch panels from it to fix the 63. Now I am serriously thinking of just swapping the 62 cab onto the 63 frame. I am trying to figure out what would be best, swap frame mounts from the 60 frame I have, or just get new floor panels for both sides for a 63. Since I will have to get a new drivers floorboard for the 62 cab anyway I figured that getting the 63 floorboards for both sides would be the best.

Also what do I do about the firewall/clutch/booster and the area where the steering column goes through the firewall is different. As I see it my options are.

1. Cut out the 63 firewall and swap it.
2. Leave the 62 firewall and go with seperate booster/master cylinder and convert to a hydraulic clutch.
3. Use this opportunity as an excuse to cut out the firewall on my 89 Suburban parts truck and swap it onto the 62 cab. This would allow for stock 89 booster/hydraulic master cylinder setup, cable gas pedal, pedal e.brake, and the possibility to use the wiring harness from the suburban rather than buy an aftermarket harness. The Suburban is already the donor for the engine, trans, front crossmember, and this would allow for near plug and play TBI using the stock harness. I might also be able to use the suburban a/c system if I swap the firewall depending on inner fender clearance.

So what do ya'll recommend?
