12 bolt axle
Are the perches on a 69 axle in the same spot for both trailing arms suspension and leaf spring. Also, are they the same size? Thanks for any help.

Re: 12 bolt axle
They are very different. The coil spring perches are angled.

Re: 12 bolt axle
The perches are differnt as the trailing arm trucks have angle perches, and the leaf spring trucks have straight perches. Because of the two different types of perches, and the angles where the suspension meets the perch, I can't see them being in the same relative position. Not 100% sure and someone on here might have an axle tube from each truck to truely verify.

Re: 12 bolt axle
Not to mention, the perches for coil spring rears are on the bottom of the housing and for leaf rears are on the top of the housing.
