Anyone every thought of a 67-72 "Escalade"?
I think it would be so neat. Take a 67-72 blazer/jimmy... Put in a monster 472 or 500 caddy.
It would be one heck a a truck. Hot rod mag did a build up of one. Turned into a 541 Caddy. 526 HP 649lb-ft The motors them selves aren't to much just a matter of finding one..then im sure building it could get pricey. Caddy tailights, bagged, caddy wheels. You need adapter plates i believe.. But that would be a hell of a truck IMO. |

Definitely would be an interesting build/ride in the end.

I've seen caddy taillights (personally I think they are overdone and don't look great) and there are several board members with 500 caddy powerplants in their pickups. Just don't try to put a escalade grill on a nice blazer.

The baddest caddies nowadays run LS2s... Build one with a new dry sump Z06 engine...

The idea sounds really good except caddy rims
