Panhard Bar bolt

I've got an ECE Super Track Bar that I'm going to install. As you know it uses a different mounting point. How do get the old panhard bar bolt out? I tried beating on it pretty good, but got nowhere. Does it come out? IF not, what are you doing with them.

Re: Panhard Bar bolt

I see that yo have the nut on the back side loose, have you tried to turn the stud with a pipewrench? It will come out, but it might take quite a bit of effort...cheater bar
"Fire"..........the old smoke wrench, will do it. Lacking that, BP blaster and patience, and maybe a small application of violence?

Sawz-all and a drill are not out of the question either...

There are enough options to keep you busy for a while

Re: Panhard Bar bolt

Agree, a pipe wrench will twist it right loose. It's worked every time for me.
