Re: Brand new Heater cores

Does it say where these were made? The ones that I have came accross that are made in Mexico do not fit and to install them you have to modify your brackets. WES

Re: Brand new Heater cores

I really dont know, i will find out, all he said was they were NOS still in a box, he said they mostly fit older chevy trucks? He bought a truck load of them and travels around selling them at swap meets. I just ran accross his add on Craigslist so i really dont know anything. I just thought that if they were the right ones we might be able to save a buck or two??

Re: Brand new Heater cores

If they are realy NOS (GM new old stock) I would buy lots of both the A/C and standard heater cores. Not even the made in the USA reproduction A/C heater cores are as thick as the GM cores. WES

If they're NOS, I'll take an A/C core.

Mods, I'm not blue yet. So if I'm out of line looking to buy, then feel free to poof this.
