Wohoo! It's MINE!
Sent the final payment in on the truck yesterday
I didn't pay a lot for it, but at the time I bought it, fuel was crazy high, my Z71 was sucking my account dry (almost $100 some weeks for gas!), and my wife and I were looking for a house. I could have paid cash, but didn't want to touch the home down payment money, so I financed it. SHOULD have been paid for by december (usually get a small, decent Christmas bonus every year) but instead I got ****canned the day before Thanksgiving. It took a good bit longer than I wanted and I had to pay a few hundred extra bucks for it, but my wife and I are back to NO car payments Just thought I'd share

Re: Wohoo! It's MINE!
Yeah, it does feel good!
And we also got delayed on the house thing, but that worked out too a few months ago (and it was a damn good thing I didn't use my money on the truck... cause we needed it!)

Re: Wohoo! It's MINE!
You know why brides wear white at the wedding?
So the dishwasher matches the rest of the appliances.

Re: Wohoo! It's MINE!
My '83 dishwasher just flat out quit working. I had to pick up a new '09 to replace it. The old '83 model made a lot of whining noises and I got tired of listening to them. So I got a new '09 model, $500 (after discounts) well spent! Now if I can only finish painting the lower cabinets around where it's supposed to go, maybe I can install it
