successfully converted from lwb to swb!

pretty much what the title says, i chopped 14 inches out of the frame starting 1 inch after the first bed bolts holes. welded the frame back together after everything was ground square. then moved rear cross member up to the next set of hole, chopped 6 inches off the bak of the frame rails, re drilled bed bolts holes, bed is almost perfectly squared to frame.im happy it worked!
