Brake rotor upgrade?

If I lower the front of my truck using 2.5 drop spindles and I want to go to the larger rotors at the same time what do I need beside the rotors? Calipers and mounting brackets? Anything else? What was the difference in how you got the small or big rotors? Was it a RPO (regular production order) or was it by year? Or what else, special packages? How is the best way to find used componets in a wrecking yard? I mean without actually measuring them on an a junker. Any one having a set they'd like to get rid of send me a PM.
