rear seat mounting pictures

I am looking for some pictures of the factory rear seat mounting locations, hardware and reinforcing plates. My truck never came with a rear seat, but I did get one, as well as some of the plates and floor sections, but want to see what it looks like in the factory locations. Thanks.

Re: rear seat mounting pictures

I went out and got some quick pics of the floor mounting locations for the back seat and the underneath side. Hope they help, let me know if you need something else!

Re: rear seat mounting pictures

On the under side, the 4 holes in a row are the bar support you see and the 2 holes to the front of them are backed by the little plate and caged nut setup. I hope this is clear to you because I can see where it may be a tad confusing.

Re: rear seat mounting pictures

That helps a lot. I got the reinforcing bar , but don't believe I got the front ones. I also don't have those plates on the top side of the bed. Looks like I will have to find some of those or make them.

Thanks again.

I was needing the same info. Does anybody have a measurement how far the holes are located from the back edge of the tub?

Re: rear seat mounting pictures

For you drunkbus 30 3/4 inches from the back of the tub to centerline of the back row of 4 bolt holes. Hope that helps.

Thanks for this info and pics as well. Sorry to intrude, but could someone tell me if there would any problems with drilling holes for the rear seat using these measurments and pics to go by. My Blazer (1970) never came with a rear seat and doesn't have any holes to mount one whatsoever.
