Re: coys c5 wheels???
You might have to do a little grinding on the "nose" of the rotor.

Re: coys c5 wheels???
There was an issue with the center cap not clearing the grease cap. I "heard" that they corrected it.

Re: coys c5 wheels???
I had to grind the hub on my rotors right by the dust caps for them to go on up front. Mine 20" C5s are about a year & a half old, so they might have corrected that by now. My only regret is not getting the 22s.

Re: coys c5 wheels???
I'm running 18x7s up front and 18x9.5s out back on my 85. They bolted up without a problem.

Re: coys c5 wheels???
I love these wheels & have narrowed my choices to these & a nitto.
Good luck - let us know when they arrive how they actually fit up. Blue Gas - what was the back spacing?? Ratty 46 Last edited by ratty 46; 08-31-2009 at 08:47 PM. |

Re: coys c5 wheels???
Hey, Blue Gas...truck looks good. I'm a victim of waiting on the Boss 338. I have the rears w/ the tires already mounted so I am sorta stuck waiting for the fronts. in theory, I will have them in about a week...we shall see!
Oh, I went with the Toyo instead of the Nitto. The tread looks a bit more agressive and they are rated for the heavier application |

Re: coys c5 wheels???
I am thinking about running the same tire and wheel combo for my daily driver, was wondering if the ride beats you to death with that tire choice, or is it okay for a driver?

Re: coys c5 wheels???
I know this an old post but, did you have to do anything special to fit the 20x10's in the front? I have an 87 Sierra with a 4.5/6 drop and I would love to go 20x10 on front and rear.

Re: coys c5 wheels???
My Coys are about 5 years old and I didn't have to grind anything to get them on. I hope to someday drive this truck so I can see how this setup feels.
