New HEI
Just had to share my good news.I installed my new hei from Skip Whites and all I can say is wow what a difference, its almost like a new motor.Took the wife out for a ride over to the beach tonight which is about 100 miles round trip and she ran like a dream.(Farthest I have driven the truck in the 6 months I"ve owned it)My fuel mileage went up by about 8mpg,no lie!I will never go back to pionts, and I suggest anyone thinking of upgrading to hei to do it as soon as you can.

Re: New HEI
Which one did you get? I've got the small cap version that you have to use with an ignition box and coil. I haven't installed it yet...
