1406 or edelbrock q-jet
I been running the 1406 and its a pretty cool carb. Hasnt really given me any problems at all aside from an electric choke issue. But i also scored a brand new unused edelbrock Q-jet. I know the primaries are smaller but is it really going to make a big difference as far as fuel. One thing a friend told me was that the secondaries for the q-jets are in a class of their own as far as power. Anyone actually run both these carbs on the same engine and seen an overall difference?

Re: 1406 or edelbrock q-jet
i always heard that quadrajets run great, if you can tune them. apparently not alot of people can. id say go with the 1406.
