Heater/Defrost Help Needed
Last year I took all of my interior heater/ac component (on the inside) apart, cleaned and fixed all my hoses with some replacements. Everything worked great. This year, when firing up the system last week, I got very little air out of either the defrost or heater duct (on the hump) but am gettting hot air out of the center, passenger and driver's side AC vents. Is this an issue with vacumn or ??? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Re: Heater/Defrost Help Needed
Either the cable is not on correctly on your diverter box or most likely the flapper door has broken off the diverter box. You can get new aftermarket ones. I fixed mine with epoxy a month ago and it is still working but for how long?

Re: Heater/Defrost Help Needed
I checked the flapper and when I manually push it up and push on the lever it stays closed allowing air to the heater and defrost ducts. Seems like that is the problem. Thanks for the help.
