How much does a TF weigh? (suspension purposes)

I don’t have the scales (let alone a complete truck to weigh) but I have a 59 swb step side. I’m trying to figure how much of a rear coil over spring rate to invest in.(building a 4 link) Right now I have 200lb rated springs, any of you guys know what the weight would be of the truck? Rear of the truck?

Anybody have any input on spring ratings and how they make the truck feel? I’m new to this and this is my first time building a suspension.

Thanks

I am using 400lb springs for my set up in rear, They were recommended from the place I purchased my front end Kit from.

Re: How much does a TF weigh? (suspension purposes)

My 59 TF with 4WD crosss the scales at around 4200. Transfer case is about 250#, front axle probably the same, drive line 30#. So as a 2wd it was about 3600. The 350/350 probably weighs a little more than the 6-3speed that come with it.
