new from tucson
Hello all I have been admiring your trucks for some time and finally got the courage to show off mine. It's a 1971 lwb with a 305 and a three on the tree. My wife got me this for our tenth anniversary from a friend of mine for $600 and then I robbed her totaled out 68 swb to fix it up some. I have been working on it for a little over a year but nursing school doesn't permit me to do too much at a time. Here are some pictures of some that I have done and I hope to start a post on the builds forum. Enjoy

Re: new from tucson
Ok I finally got some pictures sorry about the lighting and the grainyness. Included is a picture of one of the mirrors I made for it. Its part of a theme i'm going with for the truck. the mirrors are modeled after my hands, the rearview mirror will be my wifes, and the tie downs in the bed will be the kids. It gets the whole family involved that way.

Re: new from tucson
It started off as I was looking at an ol skool rod mag and I saw something similar to these, only using different engine parts. I decided to go rat rod with the truck and since the kids love riding in and working on the truck with me I decided to make them a part of it, litterally.
