Half top with bulkhead (all metal)

I have a half top with bulkhead, not sure its going to get used anytime soon so whats it worth. This is the all metal style, it has a manufacturers tag inside but its hard to read(its a little scratched up) it needs to be media blasted and painted but it is complete it has all the header bows inside in good shape and the original vinal (falling off needs replaced). Rear window and all seals still on the top. I will get pictures when it stops raining if it ever does this week.

Any ideas on value as is, how about redone inside and out?
