Breaking in the new motor

This is my new best: 12.17 @ 109.7 1.77 60'. Full weight (minus spare), stock 20's and tires, 1/2 tank gas, DA -200.

Motor: 418 LS3, AI CNC 243 heads, Futral cam, ARH 1 7/8" headers (with cats), JBA exhaust, CAI, pulley, Efan, RPM stage VI tranny, Vig 3200 stall, BUT my CR is only 10.1:1 as the motor was built for boost, & still running stock intake manifold.

Slip breakdown:
Fastest Run: Next fastest run Best mph 110.408 (1.840 60')
60' 1.778 1.771
660': 5.003 4.998
1/8: 7.751 7.747
1/8mph: 88.945 88.897
1/4 : 12.175 12.178
1/4 mph: 109.730 109.496

This was a 12.19 pass....

Here is the 12.17, I had switched to night shot mode on my video camera, and it didn't pick up the timing board very well.

Re: Breaking in the new motor

Motor sounds good. It's gonna be insane with spray.
