C-60 cab?

I have found what i believe to be a really nice cab replacement for my 61. However, its a C-60. Do cab mounts need to be moved, or will this bolt up?

Anything else I should be aware of regarding using this cab?

Thanks,

Re: C-60 cab?

Yes they are basically the same, however I'm not sure on the cab mount location on the '60-'62 C60 cabs. A C60 frame is going to be narrower than a C10 or C20 in the '60-'62 era. If they are different, all you need to do is drill a couple of holes. One area that you will need to address is the lack of a floor hump for the trans in a C60 cab.....the floor is flat all the way across. There is also some extra bracing on the firewall in the middle where the hump would be. It could still be made to work for a pickup....just wanted you to be aware of the differences.

Re: C-60 cab?

10-4, boys.

One of the few spots thats not rusted out on the cab I currently have is the trans hump, so I could cut that out and install in in the new cab.

Once again, thanks.
