leaf springs
I need new leaf springs. Where is a good place to order from and should i get a heavy duty set ? IM also getting ready to put on a 5/7 drop from western with the air bags in the rear for added support. For some reason the springs on my truck have 2 long and 1 short on the drivers side and on the passenger side there is 6 , 1 short and 5 long ones. IM not sure why that is? thanks steve

HUSKYSPRING.COM will be the best place to get new leafs, I bought a set for my 79' 2wd blazer last year and had no problems and there great to deal with!

do you have a truck spring place local... ive always had leafs rearced and add one or two leafs.... its alot cheaper than replacing the whole spring pack and just as efective

If you're putting bags in the back, anyway, put new friction pads in and call it a day. What I would do is just make the ones you have match each other, put in new friction and buy beer with the money I saved.
Edit: I forgot to menion it sounds like you may have one 1/2 ton spring and one 3/4 ton.
