New Guy From Wisconsin
What's up guys. My name is Bill, I'm 41 and a Union Fire Sprinkler Fitter from Beloit, Wi. I've been in the truck scene for 20+ years. I currently drive a 93ECSB FSC on bags that lays frame. Here is a pic.
I've always liked the 67-72 C10 trucks and living in Wi. it's hard to find one that isn't a basket case or a small fortune. so I ran across this 71 long box rolling chasis that was in really great condition. I personally like the short box but I have done some research lately and found that it's not that difficult to make a long box into a short box. so, that is what I want to do. My plans are to use the suicide doors front and back suspension kits to make this thing lay frame. So all the suspension will be for sale eventually. I know that laying frame is not everyones cup of tea, but that's how I roll. Being that this is my first C10 i will be asking lot's of newbe questions so be patient with me,lol. so here are my first few questions. There are some numbers on the side of the frame, they are: 3935806-443, 11--13-13, 12-11--14. the numbers on the 12 bolt rear end are: 2.3 4 5, 87890, L22I, ON2. What do these mean? |
