Re: What kind of aluminum radiator?

I am very happy with my Howe racing radiator. It's not a direct fit replacemet but I had some brackets welded on that incorporate an electric fan. Keeps the engine running at whatever temp the thermo stat is.

Re: What kind of aluminum radiator?

I run a direct replacement big block alum radiator with plastic side tanks from Summit. Inexpensive and works great on my 383!

Re: What kind of aluminum radiator?

Llooks like a nice radiator.
I've been thinking of adding an aluminum radiator for my truck. probably an Afco if I ever do it. And then throwing on an external tranny cooler.

Re: What kind of aluminum radiator?

Here is the radiator I'm putting in mine. My uncle put the same one in his 85. It was a direct fit. no mods needed.
