Has anyone used KYB monomax shocks?

What up fellas,

I am in the process of ordering the 2.5 drop spindles, 5" drop coils, super track bar, and the relocating rear shock mounts for my 72 shortbed cheyenne from Early Classic Enterprises. I want to go with their rear KYB self adjusting shorty shocks, and the KYB monmax shocks for the front.

My question is has anyone here, used KYB self adjusting shorty shocks for the rear, and any experience with the KYB monomax shocks for the front??

(Mark) The sales rep that works there says these rear shocks are a lot stiffer compared to the GR-2 that they offer.

Thanks for your response.

I have not used the monomax, but I have used the Gas-A-just on my very bouncy 1-Ton. It really took a lot of the jolt out of driving it. I've also used the gas-a-justs on a slightly lowered '71 Chevelle. They rode absolutely perfect. If I was you, I'd try those all the way around.

I used the gas adjust models on a 68 elCamino I had on all for corners, and it was a night and day change for the better. I was extremely happy with those shocks.

I used the Monomax on the front of mine with the Gas-a-just on the rear and I love them. Not too harsh at all.
