Score!

i've been cleaning my garage and sorting out parts for my C10 the last few days. i finally decided to clean off one of the shelves that i just threw a bunch of parts on when we moved in here about 4 years ago. the shelf is well above eye level, so i never paid any attention to what was on it, and pretty much forgot about it. in cleaning up, i came across 4 boxes. i opened them up, and they contained tie rod ends. when i bought my 81 parts truck it came with a full set. so that's another $100 that i dont have to spend for my suspension rebuild.

has anyone else had anything that you totally forgot you had and then found it right before you needed it?

Good score, or find Jeremy.

Maybe he's gotta case of the Tarrets? So he has to clean it up before he posts and is left with choppy broken words and sentences?

My Luck

No, I always find the parts after I've bought new ones. I guess I have bad Karma or something.
