Any bench seat options?

Since going to buckets in the front looks like a pain in the arse.....what bench seat would be optional for me that I can bolt in place of my current one without having to tear out carpeting, or drilling, and cutting crap? I am simply looking for one with a higher back and with a head rest. If they were made, what year trucks had them that would bolt right in on the 1991 burb? Surley there were more options through the 80's. Any help I really appreciate. I have a tall upper body with short legs and the current bench will not work.

from what I hear all truck73-87 seats will work with the burb brackets all you have to do is swap them out
so one here used a 2nd row dually seat up front
may check brackets with 88-98 bench too
