Body mount???
I bought new body mounts but they didnt come with the steel inserts. Where can i get them? Do i have to schrounge used ones or can I get them new? Any help that you can give would be excellent.

We make the inserts out of conduit or pipe depending on the diameter needed. Cutting to the right length is no problem. Keeping the ends square can be tricky, but if you are carefull, you can do it.

I got cushions from GM; If you can get a Chevy parts counter person to get out the catalogs, you may be able to get GM inserts...
