Frame VIN location ??
I have searched everywhere on the frame of my 66 K-20 and I cannot find the VIN that in theory is stamped someplace. Does anybody have a clue where Chevy hid it ??

Re: Frame VIN location ??
On the '60-'66 Chevy C10, C20, C30, K10 & K20 trucks, the last seven digits of the VIN will be on the top flange of the driver side frame rail, just forward of the engine perch. I use WD-40 and a sanding sponge to locate it.
The GMC trucks of the same years, did not have the VIN or any portion of the VIN stamped on the frame, in any place. |
