the steering colume from hell

how would i go about tighening the joint on the tilt?
it is really lose. i could move it up at least 2 in. without even using the lever.
any help would be great.

just did mine last night, made a huge dif in how it feels... you need a couple of special tools so you may want to have someone do it for you that has the tools, it makes it so much easier.

It isn't to difficult and you should be able to rent the steering wheel puller from a local automotive parts chain store

You can actually buy the steering wheel puller, and the bushing tool really cheap at the auto parts store. I carry the steering wheel puller for like $6. Money well spent. You may not use them much, but to have them when you do is priceless.
